Problem
Retail is under pressure mainly due to e-Commerce and Digitization. Traditional brick & mortar Retailers need a new way to acquire and retain customer and they will have to adapt to new ways of engaging with Gen-Z.
Requirement
To build an iOS, Android and Cloud based POS system that enables brick & mortar retailers to manage their physical stores and to sell online without actually investing a lot in technology. It has to support unified commerce (omni-channel) single view of inventory, customer, products and orders
Approach
We started with defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to test early critical assumptions. We build an iOS and PHP based MVP with a great user experience. After the launch INFINIA Retail acquired pilot customers and took early feedback. We iterated as per the market feedback to become the most innovative POS in German market
