Allianz - Pet Tracker
Problem
This problem was discovered as part of Corporate Entrepreneurship program conducted by Lean Apps and it’s partners at Allianz. During a customer interview team stumble upon a problem that pets goes missing everyday and there is now way for pet owners to track these pets. Only way is to put missing pet message around the neighborhood
Requirement
To build an iOS app that can get the location of a GPS collar and pin point the location of the pet and path it took to reach there. It calculates how healthy the dog is based on it’s movement and informs the owner if it leaves the safe zone
Approach
We started with a two day workshop on Corporate Entrepreneurship in which teams learnt about customer interviews, lean canvas, business model canvas and digital experiments. For this idea, we defined MVP, wrote user stories, created UX and Visual designs, created iOS app. We also ran a marketing campaign on Facebook and Google
