Problem
Offline Coupons or Offers provided by Retailers and Restaurants are hard to manage. People always misplace them and they usually forget to carry it when they go shopping. Merchants also find it hard to personalize experience of their customers at store
Requirement
To build an iOS based coupon app where Retailers or Restaurant could create new Events, Offers, Discounts and customers can redeem these Offers, Discounts at the store. App also integrates with iBeacons to recognize the customer in the store and push local store offers. Beacons also provide merchants enough information about the customer to help increase the basket size
Approach
We started with defining the user stories for MVP. After that, we interviewed some prospective customers based on which we did a UX and Visual Designs. We created a native iOS app and integrated it with iBeacons. The backend is built on Core PHP RESTful API with Microsoft Azure as cloud service
